The Man Behind the Vision
Ed Robbins says he's always had a “passion for food,” and owning a restaurant seemed to be the most logical extension of that passion.
With Crocodile Ed’s, he wanted to create an atmosphere that was casual enough for everyone to feel welcome — but not casual when it comes to taste. We use only the finest ingredients, going so far as to bring in fresh seafood from the Gulf to give you the ultimate in good taste.
Known for his keen business sense and innovative products, Robbins is the owner of ES ROBBINS Corporation in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. He holds over 150 patents as a product inventor and his company employs over 200 Shoals residents. Ask him how many of the recipes on Crocodile Ed’s menu he created and Robbins will modestly decline to answer. Perhaps Mrs. Mary Lou knows the truth! |
